This is a survey contains scales that measure six factors –Acceptable, Knowledge, Affect, Lifestyle, Interaction, and Communication that have proven to differentiate between expatriates who adjust well to their countries of assignment and those who do not. Provides a guide to help expatriates benchmark themselves against a database and to deepen their intercultural adjustment during the remainder of their assignment.
